Social Science Month Activity - SDG Goal 16- I am grateful!

Gratitude is a simple yet powerful activity that helps us focus on the positive aspects of their lives. By regularly reflecting on what they are thankful for, we can enhance our overall well-being, build resilience, and foster a more positive outlook on life. In today's activity we focused on SDG Goals of Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions (SDG 16): Promoting gratitude can help build more peaceful and inclusive communities by fostering mutual respect and understanding and also Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3): Gratitude contributes to mental and emotional well-being, reducing stress and promoting overall health. Starting our day woth some positivity is always a good thing. And what better that saying Positive things to ourself. Positive affirmations are brief, powerful statements that are repeated regularly to challenge and overcome negative thoughts and promote a more optimistic mindset. They are designed to encourage a positive mental attitude and self-belief. Regular use can reduce stress, improve resilience, enhance motivation, and contribute to overall well-being.

Independence Day Special

Independence Day was celebrated in the clubs with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. Children sang poems, stories about freedom fighters and wrote pledges to have a sustainable India that's sustainable, eco-friendly, and thriving for future generations
