A crafts workshop was held where students learnt how to make different things with help of origami sheet like shark, basket, dog etc.
Part of what makes origami unique is the fact that it simply requires a piece of paper and a creative imagination.
The workshop by NIE -Times of India was conducted with the students of classes II- V. Resource persons- Mr. Sushil Kumar and Ms. Shilpa demonstrated step by step the paper folding techniques to make different objects like box, dog and fish etc. Students enjoyed the activity and enthusiastically participated in the workshop making the Origami.
The workshop helped to create interest in students to learn a new technique of Origami and enhance their creativity by listening to the resource person's experiences.
