Food Group Relay - 2A

Our diet should be balanced which means it should include food from each food group. There are three food groups - energy giving, body building and protective food and each has a different role to play in our overall growth. The students of Class 2 were given various food items which they had to arrange in the different food groups. They had to run as in a relay race passing the different food items among their group and sort all items first.
