My Healthy Plate

Students of Class 2 Learnt how to create a healthy, balanced meal by doing a fun and creative activity called 'My Healthy Plate.' They explored the different food groups—protective, energy giving and body building—and explained why each is important for our bodies. After that, they designed their very own healthy plate by choosing foods from each group. This helped us understand how to make healthier food choices every day.
