Landforms Diorama

The Landform Diorama activity was a captivating and interactive learning experience that enabled students to explore and understand the diverse range of landforms that shape our planet. Conducted over two class periods, students were divided into groups, and had to create a 3D model of various landforms, such as mountains, valleys, plateaus, or islands. Utilizing an array of materials, including newspaper, cardboard, paint, and glue, students brought their assigned landforms to life, meticulously crafting intricate details and features.

Throughout the activity, students demonstrated remarkable creativity and teamwork skills. As they worked together, they shared ideas, discussed challenges, and learned from one another. The presentations that followed allowed students to showcase their models, explaining the characteristics, formation processes, and unique features of their respective landforms.
