To celebrate World Health Day, our class participated in a special activity focused on building awareness about healthy habits in a fun and engaging way. The session began with a short discussion about the importance of taking care of our body and mind.
As part of the activity, each student was invited to make “My Healthy Promise” — a personal commitment to one healthy habit they would follow going forward. Promises included drinking more water, eating vegetables daily, sleeping on time, exercising, and practicing kindness and mindfulness.
Following this, students were recognized for their existing healthy behaviors with fun, colorful “Healthy Hero” badges. Each award celebrated a specific healthy habit, and the students were excited to receive their recognition.
